Data we collect

Identity and contact details: name, first name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number.
Order data: products purchased, amounts, history, exchanges with our customer service.
Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers. We never store your card numbers.
Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, via cookies (see below).
Business data, if you contact us as a reseller: company, VAT number, job title.

Why we use your data

To process and deliver your orders and handle returns and refunds (performance of a contract).
To answer your questions and requests, including business enquiries (performance of a contract or legitimate interest).
To meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
To send you our newsletter and offers, only if you have agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email (consent).
To improve the website, measure its audience and prevent fraud (legitimate interest, or consent for non-essential cookies).

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the website and deliver your orders: our online store platform (Shopify), our payment providers, our carriers, our email and analytics tools, and our accountants. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers, such as Shopify, may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

Order data and invoices: for the period required by Belgian accounting and tax law.
Customer account: until it is deleted, or after 3 years of inactivity.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Exchanges with customer service: 3 years after the last contact.

We use cookies that are essential for the website to work (cart, payment, security). Analytics and advertising cookies are only placed with your consent, via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time from this banner or in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at team@teazen.online. We reply within one month.
