Shine Muscat is a highly fragrant green grape, the star of Korean markets. Here with fermented tea: fruity, elegant, perfect as an alcohol-free aperitif.

  • 12 strains of lactic acid bacteria in the recipe
  • Lightly sparkling once mixed with water

How to prepare

1 stick in 300 ml of cold water, or 250 ml of water with ice. Stir for about 30 seconds.
